Our signature event is the annual NWACDM conference, which takes place every fall. This conference is a great opportunity foor members to come together, share best practices, and learn from experts in the field. The conference includes a range of workshops, keynote speakers, and networking opportunities that are designed to help you improve your skills and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the field.
In addition to our annual conference, NWACDM also offers training opportunities throughout the year. These trainings are based on member feedback and are associated with the annual conference. These trainings cover a range of topics, from CDBG program administration to fair housing to economic development, and are designed to provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to succeed in your work.
Finally, NWACDM members also have access to bi-monthly member calls. These calls provide a valuable opportunity for members to connect with one another, share information, and discuss issues that are important to them. These calls are available to members only and are a great way to stay connected with other community development professionals in the region.
