Event and Registration Details:
Date:  September 16-19, 2025 (with optional training opportunity September 16-17, 2025)
Location:  The Riverside Hotel, 2900 W. Chinden Blvd, Garden City, ID 83714


Registration and Payment Information:
Annual association dues (10/2025 to 9/2026) Based on CDBG allocation
Less than $250K = No annual fee
$250K-$1 Million = $100
Over $1 Million = $200

Early Registration (If registered before August 15, 2025)
Membership and Conference Fee can be paid by check or credit card
  • NWACDM Member Cities/Counties: $450/person
  • Non‐Member Cities/Counties: $550/person
General Registration (August 16 – September 5, 2025)
  • Members: $550/person
  • Non‐Members: $650/person
  • Registrations not accepted after September 5, 2025
Cancellation Policy
* Cancellation requests received 30 – 60 days before the event will be issued a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made less than 30 days before the event.
